⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Careful Preparation: Once your order is placed, we require 1–3 business days to process, carefully inspect, and package your items to ensure they arrive in flawless condition.

  • Business Days Only: Please note that we process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances, order processing may be delayed. Rest assured, we will expedite your shipment as soon as weather permits.

✈️ Shipping Methods & Rates (US Domestic)

We partner with world-class logistics providers—including DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, and EMS—to ensure your order is delivered securely and efficiently to your doorstep.

We offer two shipping tiers for our US customers depending on your order total:

1. Standard Shipping 

  • Orders $0.00 – $49.99: A flat shipping fee of $12.00 USD will be charged.

  • Orders $50.00 and above: FREE Shipping

2. Expedited Shipping 

  • Orders $0.00 – $99.99: A flat shipping fee of $18.00 USD will be charged.

  • Orders $100.00 and above: FREE Expedited Shipping 

Please note that all paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

📅 Delivery Estimates

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 5–10 business days for standard delivery. 

  • Please Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery times may vary depending on local logistics clearance, holidays, or remote location delays.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time and view its estimated delivery date.

1. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address PRIOR to making payment. We ship directly to the address provided at checkout. Lucy Vera cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failures, or misdeliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team immediately.

2. Damage in Transit

We take every precaution to secure your package. However, if your item is unfortunately damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@lucyvera.com within 3 business days of receiving your package. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve this for you swiftly.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For any shipments subject to international customs, duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees may apply depending on your destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your checkout total.
